How long does shipping take?

It will take an additional 1-2 days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship during the week, Monday to Friday. We do not ship on weekends and holidays. Can I heat style, and dye my lace wig or Namvogue extensions?"

Just like your own hair, Namvogue premium human hair can be blow-dried, straightened, dyed and curled. However, in order to preserve the hair quality, we highly recommend using a heat protectant spray prior to styling. Additionally, we suggest you only use a low heat setting when styling your hair piece. We recommend a 120C/250F temperature setting as anything higher runs the risk of damaging the hair. Doing so will prolong the lifespan of your hair.
How do I care for my extensions or lace wig?

Creating a good routine with your Namvogue hair from the start will help prolong the lifespan of the hair. Since Namvogue hair is made from premium grade 100% virgin Brazilian and Remy human hair, they can be washed and styled just like your regular hair. However, please note that unlike your regular hair, which receives natural hydration and oils from your scalp, your lace wig and extensions do not.
